Sir James Wilson was born on February 29th of 1812 and he died on FEBRUARY 29TH!! of 1880.

Only every four years
Leap years to me are just like any other day of the year. February 29th it is like March 1st in every otehr year. There is nothing special about this day, and I dont’t know why should I feel special about today. Is not that I’m a negative person but there is not a real reason to feel special this day.
