Away to conference
Today is the annual conference with the company who provides my school’s student information system, so I will be driving to the conference, learning some new things, asking some questions, eating an enormous dinner whilst meeting new people who also work in education. At School…
Hi everyone!
My name is Lucy and I’m at school today. My favourite days of the week are Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday because we do a lot of Writing, and I actually don’t know why I like Wednesday. I do Speech and Drama on Wednesdays too. In Australia, February 29 is on a Wednesday. I’m quite excited about doing Drama on a day that only comes every four years! I’ll be 15 next time I have a leap year, and my 6 year old brother will be 10. As for me, all I want today to be is a good day at school (I probably will, because I have Lasagna for lunch) and after that, some quality time with my family. I hope all of the other people in the world are finding the time to have time with someone special to them, just as I hope I will tonight. Happy February 29th!
