Fundraising activities
Fundraising activities are when you raise money for a charity by selling something, organizing something, and so on. At our school, the charitable school we are, we like to give something back to the community. We have raised money for Tiggy Winkles Wildlife Centre [Who cares for injured or abandoned animals] by selling smoothies. We raised over a hundred pounds – RESULT! We also did Jeans for Japan: which is where we got to wear our jeans to school and take part in some fun activities – if we paid a small fee. It was really successful and it raised over 200 pounds – incredible!

technology
i think in 20 years time technology will be amazing, because 20 years ago it was quite poor and it has progest a lot from then. More cars will be powered by electricity because i feel that we would have used up all the petrol. Schools will have ipads so we dont need pencils and pens to write and draw, in every classroom in every school, will have interactive white boards with no more white and black boards. All houses will have sola pannels to power their electricity through out the house. In 20 years time i will hopefully have a family of 4 myself, a husband and 2 children.i would like to be a teacher specialising in art. In my opinion i think food will be organic.

Calling it a night
Today was Anti-Bullying Day in British Columbia. The pink shirt campaign raised awareness in our schools and businesses. A fitting way to celebrate Leap Day. Here’s to Anti-Bullying Day and to Leap Day! Too bad they’re both so few and far between.

5 Sentence Challenge
When I ran to my friend I leaped and then jumped into my friends freezing cold arms. When I run the wind carefully swished past my warm hair. When I jump it makes me cold as well as the wind. When I skip and then fall it hurts a lot but I still like skipping a lot. When I run I love it so much it makes me giggle.
