Happy Leap Year!
Leap Day is here!
One more day of the year!
Only once it will come,
in every four years!
Children called ‘Leaplings’
who are born on this day,
Have only one birthday
Throughout these four years.
When I’m in twelfth grade
This day will return
This very special day
of which we all learn!
The stars, they had moved!
But Caesar, he knew,
An added on day!
And the calendar he saved.
A 29th day
In month number two,
Could save the world!
