My Favorite Books
My favorite book is ‘Otherwise Known as Sheila the Great’. I like that book because it is about a girl who is going away for the summer and hates dogs,but the house came with one! She learns how to fit in. She is really happy when it is time to go home but she misses her friends, but what I really didn’t expect is that the dog has babies and she gets one!

Hi my name is Rena and I am a very big fan of Jacqueline Wilson. Out of all her books I would definetely rate them as a 10 out of 10! I think her books are amazing, she is such an inspration to me! Who is your favourite author? Can you guess mine…Jacqueline Wilson. Ever since Year 6 I have liked and enjoyed reading alot. Once I read 88 pages in 1 day. My favourite book by her is ‘Lily Alone’. I liked the bit when Lily, Bliss, Baxter and Pixie go on a camping trip. I would rate it as 10 out of 10 so I would recommend you all to read it. I also enjoyed reading ‘Bad Girls’ by Jacqueline Wilson. I think it was an excellent book, although I don’t think it was fair when Mandy got picked on and nearly died because of Kim annoying her. I have recently read ‘Dustbin Baby’ and think it was good. It was for older readers but I read anyway. I am now reading Little Darlings and it is fantastic. I think I’ve read alot so I’ll stop it from here. Thanks for reading and I hope you liked my blog.

A day early book day
My class are very excited about blogging. We love it!

We are also celebrating World Book Day, a day early, today. One of our staff is not in school tomorrow and we all wanted to join in, so today is the day!
We have a book swap shop, a whole school story book, a story time session with other classes, book making, blog writing and lots more too. It all promises to be an exciting day here at St. Luke’s School in Shireoaks.
