Hi my name is Conor, I live in Carlow, Ireland. I am in 5th class and I’m going to talk about a Leap Year. In a leap year a woman is able to ask a man to marry her. A person who is born on the 29th of February they usually celebrate their birthday on the 28th of February or the 1st of March. Or else they only celebrate it every 4 years
