Novice blogger

This is a very exciting project and it came just at the right time for me! I’m a novice blogger so this is a unique opportunity for me; a little scary but fun!

I have just introduced a learning platform at the two schools I work for, giving all our pupils, staff and governors the facility to blog. That’s great you might think, but…..we are struggling with our blogs. What should we use our blogs for? What topics are suitable? Who will read them and perhaps the biggie – why bother?

I’ve used my blog on our platform to encourage users to check out this site and give blogging a go. I know our Fantastic Fishes (Year 2 class) will be doing just that this afternoon as they had a fantastic morning recreating the Great Fire of London on the field and are keen to tell the world about it!

This site gives some great examples of blogs & helps to answer our questions so thank you everyone for taking part.

I am an elementary student in the U.S and we blog and we quaddblog. Quaddblogging is really fun. Quaddblogging is when you blog with other schools around the world. Right now I have a friend Millie in Stubbins Primary, U.K.

That sounds like an interesting story. Our class (Ms. White’s Class) Crozet Elementary School. (V.A) Is doing this thing called Quad-blogging. We were interested if your class wanted to Quad-blog with us.

Here is a link to our Blog.
