Today is my 19th Leap Day…or something like that. At least, that is the running gag I have with my students. My age is a nebulous number to them, somewhere at about 80, old enough that I remember the Great Depression and WWII and other events from the early 20th Century. It will be a HOOT to teach US History with this class next year and say “Well, I remember when…”
